“Underwater Ballet” on the Bix Facade of Kunsthaus Graz

20Nov08

“Underwater Ballet” (collaboration with Agata Guzik) is going to be displayed on the Bix Facade of Kunsthaus Graz together with other Processing sketches by Msc in Adaptive Architecture and Computation students (see it on the Kunsthaus Graz webcam). The screenings will take place on 28th,29th and 30th of November. The sketch is combined out of two programs written previously. Both of them where hi-res initially, so we are currently working on adjusting them for the low-res Bix. Bix simulator by Realities United proves to be an extremely helpful tool for adjusting any piece of video or a program to the “friendly alien’s” facade. Next step in development of the programs is going to be the creation of a tool to customize abstract forms. It will be possible to 3d print them later. I expect finishing working on it in mid December.
